I am writing to give my feedback on a bag I recently purchased from you. This is my third bag from Tortoise so far but the first one purchased directly from your website.
The bag, as expected, is of great quality and very reasonably priced. The leather is genuine without a doubt. The sizing and design is the most practical I have seen across brands by far - ideal for working women and students.
I am a repeat customer and will definitely continue to be one.

You guys should do quality check before shipping - There was no time for replacement so I went ahead with gifting
This was the shittiest kit I've ever bought. Zero quality, horrible colour, whoever approved this design is clearly not right in the senses. Why is everything on this page neon green? Hurts my eyes to even type this. 0/10 quality, 0/10 service, 0/10 product.
This is a beautiful sling bag, which is aesthetically appealing, which is not oversized and yet quite spacious and study. It has two front pockets that look aesthetically so appealing & are very functional apart from one slip pocket at back that allows easy access to essentials that you want handy Leather quality is also quite good. I went for purple colour, which is very unique and subtle colour , would like to own in more colours. I wish it’s offered in Blue colour as well so that it can be paired with all the blue denims . The quality of the inner lining is marvellous The main compartment with the zipper keeps your stuff secure and safe.
Recently purchased this bag pack after waiting ages for the earlier one (also Tortoise) to be worn out. But it's just wouldn't. Such has been the quality of leather. The new design looks sleek and just the color I needed. Ample space to carry all that you need i.e. laptop, books, daily essentials etc. The previous one lasted for 8 years and had to forcefully retire it. Absolutely no doubt this will last even longer.
Both the Hand bags are awesome. This is 3rd purchase from Tortoise. Totally I have 4 beautiful hand bags with 4 different colours. Just in love with Tortoise products. I will post the comments with each hand bags separately in your website.
However, I noticed that, for ZOEY hand bag you have reduced the amount drastically from Rs.2999 to Rs.1999. This change has happened few days after I ordered and 2 days prior receiveing my order. Hence, I would like to request is it possible for you to provide the store credit for the excess amount I have paid for ZOEY BAG.

A very good practical bag for short trips. Leather is good as well as strap. The internal compartment is quite spacious and can swallow phone, wallet and other tit bits. Separate compartment for phone ensures protection from scratches. There are two pockets outiside one each at front and back. The back one is open while the front pocket is with buttoned flap. However, the front is not practical for storing normal iPhone. Smaller phones can be stored easily.
Good feeling to have a Made in India product. Kudos to team.
